Transportation costs
We are looking at our transportation costs and am curious to know if any CAA is considering amending and/or discontinuing any component of their transportation services? Also, do any of you have management information reports related to transportation? Go Detroit Pistons and Red Wings!!!

CANI's Head Start program has decided to terminate transportation services to and from centers beginning with the Fall term.
I am having a fight with the state regarding the amount of mileage reimbursement we pay employees in our Healthy Families program. They insist that we can not pay more than the state rate of 40 cents/mile.

Beginning with this school year, PACE is "suspending" Head Start transportation services at all but three locations in the most rural areas. We have decided to watch things closely to determine if attendance declines. Our plan for the next step is to terminate these services.
