Lynn: I have not as yet contacted anyone. There seems to be some confusion whether non-profits can apply for this money directly. If we cant, then Im not sure we will even get involved. What Im really waiting on is IHCDA's trainings which are suppose to be happening soom. Once I find out more I will decide what we are going to do.
